There are two Postoperative Wards in Ad-din Barrister Rafiqul Huq Hospital. POW 1 is located on the 1st floor of the hospital. Patients who have undergone operations, C-sections, or other gynecology-related surgeries are transferred to this Postoperative ward for special care. The POW is equipped with central oxygen supply, a suction machine, and patient monitors. There are 8 beds in this ward, which are free of charge and are only used to keep the patients under observation. Depending on the patients’ demands or budget, they may be shifted to other wards or cabins from here after 6-7 hours. The experienced and dedicated nursing staff look after the patients until they are shifted to their respective wards.
The 2nd Postoperative ward is located on the 2nd floor, and these beds are also free for the patients. This postoperative ward is dedicated to other surgical operations.
